With the capability to run two shifts totaling 18 hours per day, accommodating your quick turn requests becomes facile. Prototypes and Engineering Development parts can also be produced in better than standard lead time.

Implementing our E-Kanban and JIT delivery systems will dramatically shorten lead time. Perfection Metal Products also offers turn key, sub-assembly, Certifications, Inspection Reports, and Mil. Spec. fabrication to MIL-I-45208.

Over 40 years of experience will assure you our Inspection Department will deliver the quality you desire. Part sampling is done per ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993 sampling procedures. All inspection tools are calibrated on a rigid schedule to meet or exceed MIL-C45662 calibration requirements.
